What Enavio AI actually is.
Enavio AI designs document intelligence and AI assistant systems — mostly OCR/classification and retrieval-augmented chat grounded in real organizational data. Currently building for construction, with more industries in scope as the work grows.
We don't build AI for the sake of AI.
Right now, that means turning documents nobody wants to read into answers people can actually use. Not a full-stack AI agency covering everything — a focused practice on reading documents and answering questions from real data.
How we build these systems.
Three specific things we hold ourselves to, not slogans.
Grounded, not guessed
An AI assistant is only useful if it doesn't make things up. Every system we build answers from your actual documents and records — not general internet knowledge.
Tested on messy input
A document classifier that only works on clean scans isn't a real product. We test against blurry photos, inconsistent formats, and the actual paperwork people deal with.
Built to fit in
These systems plug into how an organization already works — existing document stores, existing dashboards — instead of asking anyone to change tools.
Engineering philosophy.
A system starts as a problem worth solving, not a model looking for a use case.
Qefser Karpuzi is the founder of Enavio AI. He builds AI systems on real data, and he built the company around one rule: if it can't be verified, it doesn't ship.
Qefser began building AI systems before Enavio was a company. Enavio is where that work became a standard. He engineered Enavio's document classification engine and is hands-on in the architecture of everything the company builds.
He is also completing his master's at AAB College, where he is developing an AI assistant for the college as an independent academic project, separate from Enavio.
Have a problem worth solving?
Let's engineer the intelligence behind it.
